AgileEngine is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft visual concepts for e-commerce, web, mobile experiences, and omnichannel campaigns. You will ideate, design, and refine visuals that map to client goals and audiences, ensuring top-quality work.

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with designers and freelancers, and leverage AI tools to streamline processes. A strong UX/UI skill set and an agency environment familiarity are highly valued.

Formación

• Strong visual design aesthetic with typography, layout, color, and image composition for web and mobile.
• Meticulous attention to detail in deliverables.
• Able to work autonomously and with the team to execute the shared project vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially about design with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts.
• Create designs aligned to client goals, audience, and industry.
• Maintain high standards; share only the best work with clients.
• Advise clients on best practices in digital design when appropriate.
• Estimate time to complete work accurately.
