Job summary
FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking a Remote Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) to join client teams across LATAM on project-based work. You will collaborate daily with designers and engineers, contributing across backend and frontend while owning delivery in an Agile environment.
Required: 3+ years of experience, advanced English, a four-year degree, and hands-on Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL Server.

Qualifications
- Four-year college degree required.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English required.
- Hands-on Spring Boot for backend development.
- Proven Hibernate and ORM experience.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL queries.
- Frontend knowledge with React; TypeScript a plus.
- Experience designing reliable APIs and services.
- Ability to collaborate across backend and full-stack development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
