Job summary

Jetbridge Ai is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a global data migration program for a major automotive manufacturer. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data migration methodology experience, and fluency in English. You will report to senior stakeholders, work in UTC hours, and collaborate across multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong data migration methodology knowledge: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
