Qualifications

• Experience leading data migration programs in large-scale enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of ETL, data cleansing, validation, and loading processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define migration approach, controls, and quality standards.
• Identify, assess, and manage migration risks and issues.
