Yo Ai Labs seeks an Equity Research Expert to contribute to a remote customer project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights. You will evaluate real-world equity research content and help train AI systems, with no prior AI experience required.

The role emphasizes deep sector knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to develop investment theses supported by data, while working entirely remotely.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director with ownership of company models.
• Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance, and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or other industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, valuation, and event-driven research.
• Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate equity research datasets for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze earnings reports, estimate revisions, and peer benchmarking.
• Evaluate company financial models, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation drivers.
• Prepare concise research summaries and event-driven updates.
• Develop and articulate investment theses using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Identify industry trends, sector-specific metrics, and company catalysts.
• Provide feedback to improve the quality and accuracy of research-related content.
