Atomic Hr is seeking a Creative Strategist for a fast-growing performance marketing agency. You’ll own the full creative strategy loop and lead testing across multiple ecommerce accounts to scale brands through sharp strategy and structured experimentation.

This fully remote, full-time role targets candidates in the U.S. or Canada who blend creative instincts with performance thinking, collaborating with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to craft winning ads across Meta, TikTok,

Formación

• 1–3 years of paid social experience, ideally in ecommerce.
• Proven ability to drive measurable results (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Strong portfolio of paid social creatives, especially UGC-style ads for TikTok/Meta.
• Fluency in copy, hooks, framing, pacing, structure, and storytelling.
• Comfort collaborating with UGC creators, editors, designers and account managers.
• Analytical mindset; translate performance data into concrete next steps.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience running or supporting creative testing frameworks.
• Background in agencies or multi-brand environments.
• Familiarity with ecommerce customer psychology and funnel thinking.

Responsabilidades

• You’ll own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
• Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate quickly to scale winners.
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creators, editors, and designers—providing precise direction from hook to CTA.
• Review ad performance and creative metrics to identify winning angles, patterns, and next-round opportunities.
• Partner with Account Managers to connect creative insights to campaign KPIs and client reporting.
• Maintain a high creative bar while ensuring consistent weekly output.
• Keep production moving fast without sacrificing clarity or quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale winners.
