Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Medical Director / Medical Director - Dermatology to provide medical, clinical, and scientific advisory expertise across divisions. The role involves serving as a Global Medical Advisor on projects, guiding project leaders on medical aspects, and ensuring patient safety and protocol integrity throughout the trial lifecycle.

Required qualifications include an MD with Dermatology board certification, 5+ years in clinical medicine, and 4+ years in clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including command of English (written and spoken).
• Certification in Dermatology is mandatory and Specialty Board certification required.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical medicine in addition to 4 years of clinical trials experience as an investigator or in Pharma/CRO/Biotech.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, clinical and scientific advisory expertise to all IQVIA divisions.
• Serve as Global Medical Advisor on assigned projects and support project teams.
• Review protocol documents, IDB/CRFs, and adverse events with safety focus.
• Ensure medical oversight during Investigator Meetings and trial delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Pharmacovigilance for SAEs and other safety reviews.
