Talent Connect is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) to oversee the Centralized Monitoring team across LATAM, partnering with project and clinical leads to meet sponsor objectives while balancing speed, quality and cost.

In this global role, you will mentor staff, manage study metrics, develop analytics strategies, and ensure compliance with SOPs and eTMF readiness. This position offers a fully remote arrangement across LATAM with frequent collaboration across international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects.
• Partner with the project and clinical leads to ensure delivery per contract and SOPs.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities and IP management for assigned studies.
• Manage project resources including CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants, and Centralized Monitoring Assistants.
• Develop analytics strategies and monitor study metrics, including trend analysis and action planning.
• Support monitoring strategy development with triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings and contribute to decision making.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness, including eTMF oversight.
• Mentor junior staff to build a capable analytics and monitoring team.
