Bridgenext is seeking a Data Operations Engineer to own data pipelines, Snowflake operations, and Airflow reliability in a remote-first setting. You will design and monitor ingestion workflows, optimize data loading, and troubleshoot production issues in a centralized US business hour window.

Key tasks include collaborating on CI/CD with Terraform, maintaining Kubernetes deployments, and building clear runbooks to replace tribal knowledge.

Formación

• Snowflake environments must be configured and tuned for performance and data loading.
• Develop and troubleshoot Airflow DAGs and pipelines.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL and Postgres.
• Exposure to Kafka Connect and Debezium is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, schedule, monitor, and optimize data ingestion and transformation workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Support Snowflake development and operations including data modeling and loading.
• Maintain and improve Airflow reliability, observability, and on-call readiness.
• Collaborate on CI/CD workflows and Terraform-managed infrastructure.
