Job summary

Evox is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive planning and execution of complex data migration programs for a global client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, and establish controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires strong experience in data migration methodology, ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and fluency in English. Daily work follows UTC working hours (9:00–17:00), with remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end data migration planning and execution.
• Define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• English language proficiency for interviews and daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders
