Cummins Latin America is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consultancy team in a fully remote, full-time role. You will plan and drive end-to-end data migration programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and defining the migration approach, controls, and risk management.

You will ensure data accuracy, readiness for the target ERP system (S/4HANA preferred), report progress to senior stakeholders, and operate in UTC working hours.

Competenze

• Lead data migration in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration lifecycle: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migration programs (S/4HANA) is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
