Job summary

Sterlington is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to drive the planning and execution of a critical data migration program for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

You will lead end-to-end activities, ensure data quality, and report progress to senior stakeholders. Fluency in English is required and work hours follow UTC (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English with interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
