Job summary

Fletcher Jones seeks a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a global data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks for a smooth transition to the target system.

Remote role with English-language interviews and collaboration across time zones; experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred) and strong data governance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have data migration lead experience in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English for interviews and daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
