Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to guide large-scale data migration programs for a world-leading automotive manufacturer. You will lead end-to-end planning, coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams, and shape the migration approach, controls, and risk management in a global context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English – interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
