Political Asylum Lawyers is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role in LATAM. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofits.

You’ll transform marketing and CRM data into clear insights, build dashboards with stakeholders, monitor campaigns, and drive data-driven decisions across teams and external partners. This is a USD-compensated role based on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
