World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving universities and nonprofit partners in LATAM. Lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights, turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance to improve campaigns and enrollments.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and support strategic marketing

Formación

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
