Job summary

Hirehawk Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and improve campaigns.

You’ll build dashboards, monitor campaigns, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote LATAM-friendly environment. USD compensation is based on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or marketing data
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot/Slate)
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments
• Native or near-native English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth
