This role focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaigns. This is a remote, USD-paid position in LATAM with a scope to influence decision-making across paid media, CRM, and analytics operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
