Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners.

This role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to improve campaigns and decision-making. You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, detect trends, and enhance reporting systems that support strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting and dashboard skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
