Job summary

AscentPath.AI is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role across LATAM. You will transform marketing and CRM data into insights that drive smarter decisions and better campaign performance.

You will partner with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
