Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. The role focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

You will partner with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support strategic decisions through data. This is a 100% remote role paid in USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
