Worldwide Clinical Trials is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role focused on analytics leadership across universities and nonprofits in the LATAM region. You will transform marketing and CRM data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and support strategic decisions to improve campaign performance.

You will work with paid media, account services, and leadership to ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and explore new analytics tools that drive growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
