Emerging Travel Group is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Business Analytics team as the dedicated analyst for our B2B commercial direction. You’ll partner with the commercial team, explore data-driven growth opportunities, and test hypotheses to quantify the impact of strategic initiatives beyond product features.

Your early projects include supporting and developing pricing overrides, designing experiments around credit limits for B2B partners, and evaluating the financial and customer

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in business, data or product analytics.
• Strong SQL, including writing efficient, fast-running queries.
• Confident Python and its data libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn and others.
• Hands-on experience with difference-in-differences.
• Experience with causal inference methods: Causal Impact, Propensity Score Matching and similar.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experience designing and running A/B tests and other experiments.
• Fluent Russian and English B2

• Be the dedicated analyst for the B2B commercial direction, working alongside the commercial team.
• Identify growth opportunities in the data, form and test hypotheses, and measure impact of business initiatives.
• Support and develop pricing override and cost modifier processes.
• Design experiments around credit limits for B2B partners to grow booking volumes.
