Job summary

Kitbash3D Llc in Argentina seeks an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator – Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will audit CRM and connected revenue systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and define practical business rules to improve operations.

You will document changes, support billing and CPQ integrations, and provide governance guidance. Strong English, 4–6 years CRM experience across Salesforce/HubSpot, plus API and SQL skills, are required for this project.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics 365, or similar CRM experience.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue/operational systems (billing, CPQ, ticketing, integration platforms).
• Proficient in SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
