Human Resource Services Company is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote, US-focused marketing agency. You will manage creative campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

You will leverage PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to optimize workflows and reporting for leadership.

Competenze

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities for updating leadership and stakeholders.
• Understanding of how design and content development fit into marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
