BlueTuskr seeks a Creative Traffic Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns, ensuring projects run smoothly from kickoff to delivery. You’ll coordinate schedules, set deadlines, and serve as the go-to contact for designers, copywriters, and strategists.

We’re looking for 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, proficiency in Asana or similar tools (Mondy.com, Wrike, Trello), and exceptional organizational and communication skills to drive efficient campaigns in a remote, agency

Formación

2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
Exceptional organizational & time-management skills.
Strong communication abilities across teams and leadership.
Working knowledge of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
Problem-solving mindset to address bottlenecks.

Responsabilidades

Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns using PM tools.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
Manage Workload & Resources ensuring proper allocation of tasks.
Track & Report Progress to stakeholders with regular updates.
Optimize Processes by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams.
