IQVIA is seeking a Contracts Manager to review, draft, and redline contracts for the US Contracting Center with a focus on data, analysis services, and technology. The role emphasizes independent handling of high-volume reviews and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with IQVIA objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of contract experience, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent English, and strong communication and project-management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3-4 years drafting/reviewing/negotiating contracts.
• Fluent English skill with strong written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review legal and business terms under the contract playbook and attorney support.
• Independently manage high-volume reviews for contracts of all sizes with fast turnaround times.
• Develop knowledge of IQVIAUS Business Line and services through agreement review and learning opportunities.
• Communicate concerns to IQVIA USCC and business representatives.
• Leverage business acumen to address client concerns while aligning with IQVIA objectives.
• Identify and implement contracting efficiencies in collaboration with other departments.
