Alignerr is seeking a Natural Resource Conservation Scientist to help train AI systems with environmental science content. This fully remote, hourly contract role lets you apply expertise in ecosystems, land management, and conservation science to improve AI reasoning.

You will review questions and content used in AI training, assess accuracy on land use, biodiversity, and soil health, and provide structured feedback. 3+ years of experience and a remote, self-driven work style are required.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in natural resource conservation, land management, or environmental science.
• Strong foundational knowledge of ecosystems, conservation principles, and applied land management.
• Able to critically evaluate scientific reasoning and applied recommendations with precision.
• Comfortable reviewing structured written content and delivering detailed, actionable feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Review conservation science questions, scenarios, and content used in AI training datasets.
• Evaluate the scientific accuracy of AI-generated content related to land use, ecosystems, soil health, water systems, and biodiversity.
• Assess whether AI-generated recommendations reflect real-world conservation practices and sound scientific reasoning.
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs and provide clear, structured feedback.
• Help improve the overall quality of AI reasoning in environmental and natural resource domains.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
