Job summary

Overseas is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue or Customer Success Operations professional with strong CRM expertise to optimize workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and revenue operations across SaaS environments. This contractor role focuses on operational excellence and measurable impact.

You will configure and manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), govern revenue tools, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
