ICON is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II to manage shipments, deliveries, and inventory for clinical trial materials from a homebased location in Argentina. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Strong English and logistics experience are required. You will monitor performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain precise shipping records while supporting a diverse global trials team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination with solid supply chain and inventory knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with multi-project management ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in logistics software, data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.
