Nortal is seeking a Campaign Specialist — Campaign Orchestration to join our remote LATAM team. You will help manage high-volume batch email campaigns, collaborating with offshore teammates and US-based stakeholders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes autonomy, outcomes over hours, and continuous improvement in campaign workflows. Strong English communication and data-driven attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with a consistent habit of checking your own work before submission or deployment.
• Clear written and spoken English for US Eastern time zone stakeholders.
• Experience building batch email campaigns using enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate briefs into campaign configurations and deliver on requirements.
• Experience with audience selection, segmentation, and data logic.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines while communicating risks proactively.
• Strong collaboration and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and deploy batch email campaigns using an enterprise marketing platform.
• Translate briefs into accurate campaign configurations following targeting and content specs.
• Review campaign audiences, segments, and data logic to ensure correct recipients.
• Perform thorough quality checks on setup, content, audiences, links, and scheduling.
• Review peers' work and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for UDX and communicate progress / risks.
• Identify gaps in briefs and ask clarifying questions before execution.
• Manage email templates and support template maintenance, and contribute to reporting.
• Track work, deadlines, and dependencies using Workfront.
• Coordinate handoffs with offshore teammates across time zones and document status.
• Follow brand, legal, and licensor review processes for approvals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and operational efficiency.
