ENG (engbim.com) is a BIM company delivering field-focused BIM services. The Job Captain will lead multidisciplinary modeling teams, supervise modelers, and drive quality across project stages.

You’ll manage RFIs/RFCs, perform QA/QC reviews, and influence strategies while coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Revit/Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects, excellent English, and a strong end-to-end project understanding.

Formación

• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing in Revit for various construction sectors.
• Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks; BIM coordination, QAQC, and model accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (architects considered with MEP experience).
• 5+ years using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects.
• Skilled in QAQC and anticipating issues through team collaboration.
• Understanding of end-to-end project scope, kick-off, setup and standards.
• Experience managing budgets with cost-control focus.
• Experience managing teams of modelers and interacting with clients.

Responsabilidades
