Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Sales Account Executive to generate new business and manage client relationships in the promotional products space. This role is 100% remote and open to LATAM candidates, with a base salary of $2,500–$3,000 per month plus an OTE of $5,000.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with outbound prospecting.
• Experience selling promotional products or customizable physical products.
• Consultative sales approach to uncover needs and propose solutions.
• Ability to cross-sell and expand customer relationships.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and social channels for outreach.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities via cold outreach and social selling.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline to grow the book of business.
• Develop sales strategies to consistently increase revenue.
• Convert opportunities to customers up to the purchase-order stage.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product sourcing and fulfillment.
• Maintain organized records of prospects and activities.
