Wishpond is seeking a hands-on Senior Account Manager to own client accounts end-to-end, from proposals and onboarding to ongoing optimization. You will craft brand messaging, lead SEO, social, and paid media initiatives, and manage conversion tracking and ad structure across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes building scalable Claude workflows, maintaining high trust with clients in regulated industries, and working across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure, or site launches.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; built something with them.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live within about two weeks.
• Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging and location pages; draft in Claude and edit before client use.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
