Scale Up Recruiting Partners seeks an accomplished AWS Cloud Architect to lead design, implementation, and delivery of AWS customer projects in a remote-first setup. The role guides migration, modernization, and DevOps initiatives while remaining hands-on throughout project execution.

You will mentor team members, drive technical discussions with customers, and shape proofs of concept aligned with the company’s strategy. Excellent English communication is essential for client interactions.

Formación

• Extensive hands-on AWS experience with EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, EKS and ECS.
• Proven track record leading AWS migration and modernization projects.
• Strong DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for client demos.
• AWS Professional and Specialty certs are highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discussions with customers and present AWS solutions to stakeholders.
• Design and implement cloud architectures for migration, modernization, and DevOps projects.
• Support project planning with PMs to define backlogs and roadmaps.
• Serve as the technical escalation point during delivery.
• Lead AWS migration initiatives from on-premise to AWS.
• Create proofs of concept and contribute to technical strategy.
• Mentor team members on AWS services and best practices.
• Remain hands-on throughout the project lifecycle.
