Job summary

IQVIA in LATAM is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead (Remote) to drive delivery of clinical monitoring objectives across multiple countries, ensuring quality and compliance with ICH GCP and IQVIA SOPs.

You will lead a team of CRAs and centralized monitors, coordinate with project and clinical leads, and develop monitoring strategies, risk mitigation plans, and study analytics while working across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience.
• 2+ years in a Lead role with global project oversight.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized monitoring activities across global projects per protocol and IQVIA SOPs.
• Oversee risk identification and mitigation, including IP management and regulatory considerations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, central monitors, and trial assistants).
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior staff.
