Job summary

Accelone Llc is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role spanning LATAM markets. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across university and nonprofit partners, turning complex marketing and CRM data into actionable decisions.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven marketing decisions. Native or near-native English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
