Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. seeks a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners.

You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to guide smarter decisions and improve campaign performance. You’ll partner with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and enhance reporting systems while supporting data-driven marketing decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Familiarity with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
