2 Hour Learning is seeking a Learning Specialist to turn AI-driven performance data into precise, real-time interventions for K‑8 students. You’ll craft academic insights, coaching flows, and adaptive strategies to push mastery and 2× velocity.

This full-time, Contractor-of-Record role with Crossover offers a remote-friendly, campus-inclusive environment. You’ll work with AI tools, dashboards, and performance metrics to accelerate student growth and optimize learning pathways.

Formación

• 1+ year coaching or instructional experience with K-8 students.
• Hands-on data analysis experience with student performance data.
• Experience using Google Sheets/Excel for data tasks (lookups, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in professional workflows.
• Available to work 8:00–12:00 PM CT, Mon–Fri.

Responsabilidades

• Build accurate Academic Data Reports and surface issues within 48 hours.
• Host rapid-response coaching calls to resolve blockers and motivate learners.
• Evaluate new educational apps and design AI/LLM prototypes for learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds.
