YO AI Labs is seeking skilled Technical Writers / Editors to evaluate and improve AI-generated content for a customer project. You will review responses, rate them on clarity and instructional value, and provide actionable feedback.

No prior AI experience required, but strong English writing and critical analysis are essential. The role is contracted and offers remote collaboration with project managers and reviewers across multiple locations.

Formación

• Native-level English with excellent writing skills.
• Experience in technical writing or content evaluation.
• Strong understanding of clarity, tone, structure, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with content review platforms.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate remotely.
• AI systems experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses to prompts.
• Assess clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence, and helpfulness.
• Provide scores, rationales, and actionable feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and instructional value.
• Apply editorial judgment to subtle differences in writing.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers.
