Alignerr is seeking software engineers for a fully remote, hourly contract role in software development and evaluation of AI-generated code. You will write, review, and provide expert feedback to improve AI coding assistants, covering multiple languages and problem domains.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with precision.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and problem domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
