Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Mendoza to help shape AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve code across languages, providing expert feedback to AI systems.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours, 10–40 hours per week, allowing you to work on impactful AI projects from anywhere. You should be proficient in multiple languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript) and comfortable reasoning about code with clear communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Proficient in one or more listed languages.
• Strong problem-solving and code reasoning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining code decisions.
