Outlier is offering a fully remote QA Coder program tailored for software engineers across Latin America. You will help train AI models by reviewing code, scoring responses, and crafting CS prompts, with compensation up to $34 USD/hr and additional incentives.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree and have production-grade coding experience, plus strong written and spoken English and meticulous attention to detail. This is a freelance 1099 opportunity open to multiple LatAm countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail with grammar and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, following instructions, and presentation.
• Write clear computer science prompts that challenge AI models and push the boundaries of their coding ability.
