AgileEngine seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to design AI agents that analyze infrastructure discovery logs and automate complex troubleshooting. You will integrate Gen AI capabilities via Python and REST APIs, connecting to OpenAI/Anthropic, with a focus on production-grade engineering rather than research.

You will build scalable data pipelines, ensure testing and guardrails, and deliver reliable AI-driven solutions across monitoring and telemetry platforms while working remotely with global teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Advanced Python development and REST API design.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs into applications (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Strong SDLC practices, CI/CD, testing, code quality & deployment automation.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze logs and automate troubleshooting at scale.
• Classify, correlate failures, identify root causes, and recommend fixes.
• Develop capabilities to test and guardrail AI-driven changes before production.
• Create data-processing pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry into AI systems.
