AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI agents that analyze infrastructure discovery logs and automate complex troubleshooting. You will use Python and REST APIs to integrate Gen AI capabilities such as RAG and vector databases into production systems, focusing on software engineering rather than research.

The role emphasizes designing scalable AI agents, data pipelines, and API integrations, with an emphasis on SDLC practices, modern tooling, and remote work flexibility.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Advanced Python development and REST API design experience.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and understanding RAG & vector databases.
• Strong SDLC experience and familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools, testing, security scanning, release management, and deployment automation.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze Discovery logs at scale.
• Develop agents to classify/correlate failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend actions.
• Build data-processing pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
• Ensure testing and guardrails are in place before production changes.
