AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and suggest corrective actions at enterprise scale. You will integrate OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, use RAG and vector databases, and convert runbooks into agentic workflows with robust testing and approvals.

• Advanced Python development experience with REST API design and production-grade pipelines.
• Experience with SDLC tools like GitHub, CI/CD platforms, automated testing, and release management.
• Hands-on experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG/vector databases.
• Strong Linux/Windows infra troubleshooting and networking basics.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, and common networking troubleshooting techniques.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents to analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs at enterprise scale.
• Classify failures, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
• Create reusable agentic workflows from runbooks with testing and human approvals.
• Turn operational knowledge into agentic workflows to improve Discovery reliability.
• Assess health of the Discovery ecosystem including MID Servers and schedules.
• Collect and interpret metrics/telemetry from Discovery, logs, and monitoring tools.
