AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents that continuously analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and suggest corrective actions at enterprise scale. You will implement agentic observability for MID Servers and Discovery schedules, integrating OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, and convert runbooks into reusable agentic workflows.

• Python development experience of at least 4+ years and REST API design.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG.
• Infrastructure engineering knowledge: Linux/Windows, virtualization, and cloud basics.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, SSH, and monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs and failures at scale.
• Classify failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Convert runbooks into reusable agentic workflows with guardrails and human approval.
• Develop observability capabilities for MID Servers and Discovery schedules.
• Collect and interpret metrics from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and telemetry.
• Ensure agent health and reliability across the Discovery ecosystem.
