Job summary

ABCS Insights is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist (Tagging & Trafficking) to support setup, QA, and troubleshooting of digital ad tags across campaigns. This hands-on role focuses on accuracy, working with ad servers, and ensuring tags fire correctly to capture impressions.

You will collaborate with agencies, brands, and internal teams, handle tagging requirements, document issues, and serve as the technical point of contact during campaign execution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience in digital campaign tagging or ad operations.
• Experience creating, validating, and troubleshooting digital ad tags.
• Familiarity with digital ad servers, especially CM360.
• Experience with TradeDesk and/or Innovid.
• Strong English communication for client-facing work.
• Attention to detail and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Set up, QA, and distribute digital ad tags for active client campaigns.
• Validate tag firing, macros, and delivery behavior before and during campaigns.
• Troubleshoot tagging, firing, and impression tracking issues with clients and partners.
• Investigate impression discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Document tagging requirements, issues, and resolutions clearly.
• Act as the technical point of contact for tagging questions during campaign execution.
