Job summary

ABCS Insights is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist (Tagging & Trafficking) to support setup, validation, and troubleshooting of digital ad tags across client campaigns. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring accurate tagging for reliable impressions and exposure data.

You will collaborate with agencies, clients, and internal teams to maintain tagging quality and smooth campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on technical problem-solving and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital campaign tagging or ad operations.
• Proven experience creating, validating, and troubleshooting digital ad tags.
• Familiarity with digital ad servers, especially CM360.
• Experience with TradeDesk and/or Innovid platforms.
• Solid understanding of impression tracking and discrepancy causes.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English, comfortable in client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, QA, and distribute digital ad tags for active client campaigns.
• Validate tag firing, macros, and delivery behavior before and during campaign launches.
• Troubleshoot tagging, firing, and impression tracking issues with clients, agencies, and media partners.
• Investigate impression discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Document tagging requirements, issues, and resolutions clearly.
• Act as the technical point of contact for tagging-related questions during campaign execution.
