GlobalLogic is seeking a Release Manager to own end-to-end release processes in a software environment. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, and Tech Writing to ensure timely, quality feature deliveries.

The role requires hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly and Jira, plus a proven ability to enforce governance, manage dependencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders. You will collaborate with global centers and client facilities, driving process improvements and risk

Formación

• 3+ years as Release Manager, Release Coordinator, PM, or BA in software development.
• End-to-end release orchestration across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on LaunchDarkly for access controls and feature rollouts.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking scope, dependencies, and issues.
• Familiar with AI-assisted tools (Claude) for verification and automation.
• Strong governance, release calendars, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to keep stakeholders aligned.

Responsabilidades

• Release Process Ownership.
• Coordinate recurring feature release across Product, Engineering, and Tech Writing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet a predictable schedule and resolve impediments.
• Own release calendar, artifacts, and communications across teams.
• Identify and resolve technical and business dependencies and risks.
• Partner with Release Lead to improve processes and tooling delivery.
• Serve as SME on release process and LaunchDarkly; answer inquiries.
• Independently verify information for early release requests using LaunchDarkly, Jira, and Claude.
• Manage scope and tool configuration standards for each release.
• Support Product Managers and stakeholders to follow process and tool requirements.
• Coordinate with Tech Writing and QA when release scope changes.
